Hello Dancesations Families,

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves. Our names are Rita Farias and Murray Middlemost or “Asia’s parents”. We operate Phoenix Fitness (www.phoenixfitness.ca), Steel City CrossFit (www.SteelCityCrossFit.com) and now CrossFit Ancaster(www.crossfit-ancaster.com)

As Dance parents at Dancesations for the last 5 years we are saddened to see Carolyn and Allison move on. However, we appreciate and respect their decision to do so. We wish both Carolyn and Allison all of the best in the future.

Rita and I are in the process of purchasing the Dancesations property to operate a second CrossFit, Boot Camp and Personal Training facility. It is also our intention to continue to offer a dance program with a number of the instructors both you and your children are familiar with.

We look forward to providing your dancers with the friendly, focused and fun dance classes they have enjoyed in the past. We also hope that you take the time to check out our other Kid’s Fitness programs as well as our many adult fitness options.
